Refund Policy

Effective: May 04, 2018

 

  1. WVE Ltd on behalf of Fresh Light Events have a No Refunds policy for our events. For some events we allow the flexibility to exchange tickets, but for our holidays, this may incur extra costs.

  2. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, then a full refund for the ticket price or an exchange will be given to the customer/purchaser of the ticket.

  3. Any refunds issued are at the discretion of WVE Ltd on behalf of Fresh Light Events.
