Bath Day Trip

Join us for the day in the beautiful city of Bath!

We are organising a day trip to Bath. It will be a chance to explore the great city and enjoy the time with old and new friends. Here is a rough outline for what we will do during the day:

11.00am - Arrive 

• Canal/riverwalk
• Bath city-centre shopping
• Parade Gardens walk and picnic
• Options: Bath abbey, museum or Royal Crescent walk
• Pub drinks or cafe

18.43pm - Head back home!

*Please bring £2 to get to in to the Parade Gardens

How to join the day trip:

1) Let us know you're coming so we can be on the lookout for you. 2) Please meet hosts, who'll be wearing FF or FL badges, outside the main entrance by 11am. 3) Please see below for travel options and recommended travel times.

COMING FROM LONDON Suggested train times: Depart London Paddington 9.32am Arrive Bath Spa 10.53am

COMING FROM BRISTOL

Suggested train times: Depart Bristol Temple Meads 10.43am Arrive Bath Spa 10:59am

DRIVING*

Recommended car park: Southgate shopping centre: 4 hours £6.40 6 hours £9.60

Alternatively, there is a car park just next to the train station

*Please note that parking in Bath is not always straightforward or cheap! Please leave plenty of time if coming by car, and bring some extra cash for parking in case you need it.

Trains returning to Paddington are twice an hour until 18:43pm

Trains returning to Bristol Temple Meads are approximately every 15-20 minutes
