What’s going on with First Friday?

We’re tip-toeing toward the relaunch of our full in-person bar socials but, in the meantime, to keep the tradition of meeting on the first Friday of each month, there are a couple of options for you to #MeetChatConnect this week.

1. THIS BEER GARDEN MEETUP at the Ostrich (outside, but we’ll try to grab a weather-proof space in the teepee). Look out for the hosts in badges and a First Friday sign on the table. Plus there's American-style BBQ food available at the venue.

You're welcome to bring friends, partners, colleagues or come solo (many do) because there will always be people to meet and chat to, including 2 or 3 hosts wearing badges to make sure you’re not stuck on your lonesome.

If you've not heard of First Friday, it's a social run by a team of Christians on the first Friday of every month. It began in London, and is now in Bristol too and is a regular opportunity for people from churches across the city - and their friends - to meet in a relaxed environment.
