Fresh Light events is partnering with online fitness coach Marcus Hobley Fitness to bring you a series of ‘live’ exercise classes throughout September. 

 

Classes run every Monday evening from 8-8.30pm, on 7, 14, 21 and 28 September inclusive.

The classes will comprise bodyweight exercises, so you can join in with no equipment required.

We will be going through Zoom, but broadcasting over YouTube Live! 

This means you can join us from your home on Zoom (where you may be broadcast live) or siml=ply tune into our You Tube Channel where you be anonymous!

 

Marcus will be designing and tailoring the classes to meet the needs of the Fresh Light community, so do please share your fitness goals or requests in the comment field below as Marcus will pick these up and build your requests into the class schedule. E.g. ‘no jumping please Marcus’ 

 

Whether you’ve never done an online workout class or if you are a seasoned gym class goer, there will a variety of options to make the exercises easier or harder to suit you. 

 

Marcus will be introducing himself to the Fresh Light community through a blog & Vlog in the coming days so stay tuned and check it out to get a sense of what you can expect from the class.
