Sports Day with Free and Fit

Come and join us for our Summer Sports Day at Ravenscourt Park!

Fresh Light has teamed up with Free and Fit London to bring you a day of sports for FREE! You will get a chance to play a number of games and sports.

Meeting at 2.00pm, we will have a picnic lunch (please bring your own picnic food!).

3.00 - 4.30pm we have Tennis and Football

4.30 - 5.30pm we have Cricket, Track and Field including Sack Race, Egg and spoon!

We cater for all abilities, so if you are a rookie, an expert or just coming to watch, we'd love to welcome you!

There are Prizes for the winners of the event, so come; meet, chat and play your favourite games with new and old friends and experience community in London!
